My primary duty is to serve as a notary signing agent for mortgage and other home loan transactions. This begins with my making contact with a lender or lender’s representative, who sends me the loan documentation.
I then carefully review the loan documentation to prepare for the meeting with the borrower. At the loan signing appointment, I present the loan package to the borrower and notarize any signatures I need to.
I offer convenience to both lenders and borrowers by traveling to the borrower’s home or office or any other sensible location to perform a signing. I’m committed to punctuality, professionalism, and providing all parties with a smooth, positive experience.
I also maintain $1 million in both general liability and E&O insurance coverage.
